Super Hulk & Fat Boy
First, I want to thank everybody for their advice on my previous two models. They have been a great help, thank you all so much! As you can see, I have been busy again lately :) One new model, the Goblin (called Fat Boy), and I restyled my High Elf, because of the huge amount if critism. I couldn't manage to get the paint off, I tried but all the detail came off too... :( After a few attempts on painting the model gold, even more plastic was comming off. The Elf was given to me by a friend, so I couldn't possibly just throw it away (it would be disrespectfull not to put effort in it). So I made up something else :) I have heard of 'wood elfs' multiple times (I believe they're in Warhammer too?). So I decided too camouflage him, so he would be hardly noticable in the woods by enemies. I first thought of painting him green, but since that would then be the seventh layer of paint and glue going over it, (he already looked pretty skinny), I had to think of another way. I just made him wear armour and clothes that were made like if they looked like he was covered with grass. I was forced to do the face as well, because it had become more like a hole than a face :( The Goblin was actually supposed to be a totally different project. Until my little brother messed thing up :( I had the Goblin painted, absolutely wonderfully! Better then I could ever imagine. It's was without any doubt my best work until now. But then my little brother got the mini, somehow, and I don't know what he did with it, but it turned out flat :??? He told me he sat on it, but it isn't possible to let it turn out this way then, is it? Well, so I made a little battle group from them. I called the camouflaged Elf S. Hulk (Super Hulk :)), and my brother told me I should call the flat guy Fat Boy (after all, he's 7 years old, he probably didn't mean this to happen :)). Please imagine the Goblin to be normal. I put a lot of effort in it, and I don't know if I can make another prestation like that again sometimes. Just let me know what you think, comments are very welcome, as I said, they have been a really big help so far! :) Newbie (Jan)
