full scale imperial guard lasgun

this is my third full scale 40k weapon. not totaly finished but near it. made ofcardstock, and a few plastic parts, tell me what you think! this is for haloween...and guess what.. SOME OTHER KID WENT AS AN IG S TORMTROOPER!!! full dress even witha hellgun andarmor! yea, iwas pissed... sorry ofr the spelling andtyping..im still wearing my"powerfist" hha

You’ve got the scale right. Great job! GW models, along with pretty much all “heroic scale” figures, carry ridiculously huge weapons. Just look at all the fantasy minis out there carrying swords with one hand that would reach from their toes to their chins. The problem is that GW models also have heads, hands, and limbs that are way oversized as well. So the only way your full scale lasgun is going to look right is if you can figure out a way to inflate your head and limbs by about 50% too! :)

look at a imperial catachan with a lasgun... lets say hes roughly 6 feet tall. standing the gun on end brings it up to his shoulder, i did extend the stock for comfort so that is horrible to long... but i only did that because i dont have arm muscles bigger than my head wich wouldnt allow such a long stock
