Wow. I am more used to painting High Elves as Elric, than seeing Elric painted as a High Elf! I like the swirly pattern, though the sword is very plain considering those carved runes....
I had to brigten up the picture a bit to make comments, but you did a good job with the white, which is always hard, nice freehand on the cloak, and good highlights on armor. The sword blade perhaps could use a bit more definition.
