as said the blue light effect is good but the frontienr between lit parts and shaded parts is too strong such as on the forehead, this give the impression that the source producing this light is very powerfull while the globe on the stick dosent look that much radiating so much light.
if you have time to increase the impression of a powerfull light from the orb abd soften the contrast between light and shades go for it. the rest of the model looks like you got some real skill you can make this model a masterpiece with a bit more work.
