I think this is the nicest way I've seen the face of this mini painted, great delicate job on that. The striping on the pants is great, very precise yet naturally looking. I love the deep red of the boots and how you've highlighted them. The red of the jacket isn't quite as nice.
The pants looks great! There seem to be a small problem with the left eye though. Try painting the edge of the base black as its looking too much green atm.
