This should be more than 4.0 (at the moment). Even though its not the best picture this is at least tabletop. You are using two good opposing colors (metal and red) and they give a good effect. As far as I can see you have also applied borderlines in black between the colors making the mini stand out (also a plus). I think you should do something with the base but be carefull. If you make it to green it might take the focus away from the soldier. Maybe "graveyard earth" with gravel and a bit of grass. Nice effort for your first soldier. keep it up. The dark eldar can be a terrible enemy...
