I think maybe that is Gradients. You're best bet is to send him/her a message. Unfortunately once you leave a comment it's near impossible to know if someone responded to it (unless you track every mini you commented on and checked back). I like the OSL on this, but I find the helmet and the cloak are too close in colour. The free hand is very nice as well.
