The painting looks clean (I mean - in the 'lines'), however it's very rough, that's what you need to work on. You have to thin down your paints, and stop using that much drybrush and inks, which makes miniatures okay for tabletop, but not for display. That's really how you can improve, you have obviously the skill to get much better, what you currently lack is technic. Keep painting, thin down your paints and you should see your painting quality improve a lot! :)
