I like the idea, your base is a bit too large, your painting a bit too thick (you have to dilute more) and it seems flat because many hollows are not shaded (don't shade only with black lining, use dark blue, dark flesh etc.. black is useful to separate some details from the body).
I'd saw your gallery, I like your minis choice, original and délicate sculptures, well painted faces.
