Your work is consistent and clean enough. I think these deserve a solid 6 as they are well painted with highlights and shadows and well based. Your style suits the character of the minis. What I mean is, they're cleanly painted without looking clean, they are soldiers after all.
To give a bit of criticism I'd point out the harsh shadows that seem to be caused by heavy inking. Just one or two glazes would quickly and effectively tone down the "pooling" and soften things up a bit.
