I like shininess! Especially on Space Marine armour. Makes if look like it means business. So you get +1 for that, and +1 for being new as a "welcome" present. I like the base a lot. I think the Imperialis and Crux Terminatus could do with more attention. That said, I can believe that a whole army like this would look really good!
One thing people really don't like to see on CMON is shininess. Make sure the if you used inks or something like that, you apply a matte varnish to kill the shine. Your painting looks pretty good. Perhaps it could use more interest over the open areas of armour, like wider areas covered by blending.
