I love these kinds of "boxes" or dioramas. It's really hard to tell from the photos the quality of your minis, but all in all, just from the general overfeel of the piece I would give it an 8.3.
Due to the coolness factor of displaying so many well painted minis in this old school format of the box diorama. I love those, I bet this thing is pretty sweet to look at in real life.
