It s a freehand. Base color is chaos black, with skull white added, and then yellow and (just some dots) orange ink.

The inside looks really menacing, out of a HPLovecraft novel :D Is the inside of the hole freehand (wow!) or it's just a game template converted to terrain (dunno what the game's box contents are) / stuff you printed ?
