Looks good, however the armour is maybe a bit too bright and needs some shading on his arms. The face looks well done but the yellow on the standard looks to have thumb marks on it - maybe go over with a couple THIN coats of yellow.
I think you should post a side view so we can see the standard and it may increase your votes.
