Borgut Facebeater

Had this mini lying about for some time, so i decieded to paint it up over the weekend. This was my first time using snow, and it ended up coming out 'slushy' which actually worked better for the rusty look of the mini than clean white snow would have. The armour is about 3 shades of metallics with lots of brown washes and a green wash for a rust effect. The banner pole was added from an ork boys unit, and drilled into one of the armour plates on his back. Im quite happy with the mini overall, as it was a quick no-fuss paintjob, with lots of metallic areas.

I like the scenic base, it serves Borgut well. On the other hand I don`t like the banner. It`s not that the painting is bad. I simply don`t like the mere though of an ork fighting with an enormous cloth strapped to his back.

6.5, looking good matty, but I think it'd benefit from you picking out the individual armour plates with black lining or a heavy wash after the other washes, same would apply for final highlights on the banner and skin. what you did in a weekend would take me a month:D, good job
