Converted with the standard plastic dragon wings. I straightened up the stance as well and it seems to make him a lot taller!
Thank you for posting. I am a bit puzzled by the thinning paint comment as I don't use paint that hasn't been thinned. Maybe the quality of the picture isn't good enough.
There is considerable dry-brushing on this mini and sometimes that gives a "clotted" look to a mini. Thanks for the freehand compliment, I am not very good at freehand work so I am glad it worked here.
