I can see that you've given them long hair with the green stuff. But the combination of a busy background and too great a focal length mean that there's no way of telling whether this isa piece of awesome converting or just a few cack-handed bits of putty.
I cant really rate these because the photo combined with the background there on makes it nearly impossible to see the work you have done so far. Also, you should really, really, prime your models before painting them. Primer helps the paint bond to the miniature better, so that it doesnt rub, wear, or flake off as easy. Use black primer for darker paint schemes and white primer for brighter schemes, especially ones that you will be putting alot of light pigment colors on, like yellow for example. This is a very important step in mini painting, and will help enormously with the end result of your painting. You should maybe read over some of the plethora of tutorials that are on this site, a great deal can be learned from them. I hope at least some of this helps, and I would like to see some better pics of your finished work in the future, take care. ^_^
