Black ork conversion

After watching way too much LOTR I came up with this prototype conversion for a black ork unit. Its basicaly a plastic GW ork with a grennstuff hat sculpted in the style of the uruk hai. Just a bit of fun, but I quite liked the result, I might even finish the unit some time :0)
