She's very neatly done, and overall very clean and clear. I would kinda like to see 'girl-colored' lips, though. Just a thinned out wash of something reddish would give her a more feminine look to the face. Also, I have a rough time with the yellow hair. Blonde hair isn't quite yellow. Haven't figured out how to paint it myself yet, but I think there must be a happy medium somewhere.
Quite clean overall, I'm not crazy about the pinkish edge of the tabard thing. Red usually highlights better with yellow/orange. The hammers could be a little less shiny too.
