Hey, nice giant!
I think that would look great on any wargames table, well done.
To improve the "Bright" hair, you need to paint a base coat of citadel "Vomit brown" this can be highlighted with golden yellow and finally with bleached bone on the very ends of the hairs.
The skin is well painted, especially the chest and around his neck.
To improve it, you need to make the shadows smaller on the portion between the belly and the chest, also on the right arm.
To do this, simply take your highlight colour and over paint the darker skin with it up to the chest, you need to leave a smaller gap with the shade colour.
To blend the highlight into the shade i advise you to use a wet brush (I just lick the end of my brush to get it wet!) then pass it over the highlight colour whilst it is still wet. This gets rid of the obvious "Line" between the shade and the highlight and takes practise to get it right.
A thin black line would help separate the different coloured areas on his trousers and arms, it takes time and a steady arm but it will give a good result I promise.Just use your smallest brush and thin black paint.
Lots of constructive criticism for you then!
Above all, I really like your model, well done and keep on practicing.
:)

The hair is a little bright and the skin shading is a bit extreme - maybe some washes or intermediate blending would help that. I know how hard it can be to get a smooth transition on something this size as I have one as a WIP at the moment and am struggling with the skin. However, I really like the trousers and the choice of colour for the wood on the club aspecially.
