A small marker I made to represent the Observation Point Stratagem in Cities of Death. The idea is that a Techmarine has hastily set up a radar/scanner using an auspex and parts scavenged from a destroyed Rhino. It seats atop an I beam girder, the only thing remiscent of the building that once stood there.
