your getting much better, your NMM is really coming into style now and getting smoother and more defined. Although the golds arnt as well painted as the steel.
The skin tones are looking fantastic with the blends moving all the way through green into the yellows.
Nice subtle use of stained blood, nothing over the top, but the splatter seems to be on the back of the weapon and not on the actual sharp blade bit.
The freehand on the hood could have sharper edges but its a great attempt.
But keep practicing! I think you need to work abit on the tidyness of edges but give it a few more months and i reckon you will be posting some amazing pieces.
