Since you ask for comments to improve his skill: The biggest problem is actually the size of the picures. Just make them a little bigger / higher resolution. For the paintjob, maybe a little more contrast would help in certain places, like the red fur around the boots and possibly the metal. This painter clearly knows what he's doing though.

Good Work here - what i dislike is the blue metal colour on an orc - the green skin and the blue in the armour doesn´t match very well IMO ... nice base ,) - (7,4)
