First Mini!! :P

Well believe it or not, but this is my first mini. I know its not even close to the high degree of detail etc. of most of the minis on this page. well still I think its pretty good but Im open to any suguestions on what I could do better with my next minis!!

I'd like to add that a good base greatly enhances your minis, so you should try some sand or similar. Keep them coming!

Super job for your first mini, it suggests good brush control skills in particular, and those are pretty handy. I hope you had fun painting it, and that this is just the first in a long line of great minis!

5.5 for your 1st mini it shows you'll have no problems with keeping colours within an area, but to expand on criticism will be difficult because of the lack of depth in the photo, try taking the photo from a greater distance, from what i can see you should try and wash your metallics, use vvvv diluted blacks n browns, i don't recommend inks but to begin with you may like them, it's just a matter of technique.. 1st, better pics, 2nd, better criticism
