Reaper Familiars: Moth the Christmas Fairy
I painted this as a Christmas present for my sister in law. I actually removed the book from her several months ago with the intention of giving her a picnic basket to go with my version of Almira, but I badly mangled the hands in the process and didn't feel up to resculpting them at the time, so I set her aside. My husband made the small box she's holding for me out of plasticard and I finally tackled sculpting the hands. They turned out pretty well, although with only 3 fingers and a thumb (but she's got only two toes, so I figure that's alright. Her size, the box, and the cursed Kloke-ian angle of her face made her face very, very difficult to paint!
