Appears to be a competent paintjob. But, it is hurt by the photography a bit. Eliminate the "shine" off the surface of the model, and try to find a way of getting whiter light. Also, I don't quite understand this, but it seems somehow a little bit 'messy'. I think finer highlights (that is, thinner/smaller areas of your brightest highlight) will help it to be effective. Final note, your gold looks quite good but the blades could probably use more contrast (they need dark shadowed areas).
