Well painted, though the metal armour looks far to clean for a skaven IMO, a few dirty ink washes would help make it look more realistic and characterful...

Since you asked, I'll post a few comments. Let me first start by saying that this mini is MUCH better than I can paint, so my comments might not be very relevant. First of all, the flesh tones, especially the feet, are excellent. The teeth, chains, and metal armor look excellent as well. The only thing I don't personally like is all the blue. I don't think the bright, clean blues match the rest of the mini at all and they're not shaded, highlighted, or edged so they look out of place. This is especially true of the shoulder armor and claws. The blue on the mace is better, but still doesn't match the rest of the mini, to me. The yellow looks a bit out of place but better than the blue because of the excellent edging you did.
If you want to keep the blue, I'd tone it down a bit with some edging and shading and maybe even weather it a bit.
