I like how you create depth in the green cloak with the brown shading. Face looks pretty good also. The wrappings on the axe is too white I feel. More might not necessay be good, and in this case it looks messy eventhough I understand your idea of the snow covered look. Maybe just a few well chosen spots for the snow might work better.
6.5,great idea, I can see clearly what you were aiming for, great mini and your idea fits the theme perfectly. I've never used snow, so I don't know what it's like but I think the snow here is too much, like its not in scale with the mini the flakes are too big . You might wanna try a better photo, but fine idea.
Looks good to me, try to add some more highlights to the cloak and axe and repaint the base edges. And paint the sand too. However the snow looks really cool^^
