Menoth Paladin of the Order of the Wall

I'd say this might be my favourite out of last years paintjobs. The colour scheme fits the model well, the freehand is simple but effective, what can I say, I like it. But you decide for yourselves.

The color scheme is among my favorite of the Menoth minis I've seen here. Works very well! The whole mini really looks vibrant and larger than life!

Thank you. The flash tends to brighten lighter colours and takes any depth out of them. But then again, my highlights on the whites are very subtle. I've been hearing this since the beginning of painting my Menoth army, that I should shade the whites more, make them more plastic and all that. But this is in fact what I want them to look like. They have a sort of porcelain feel to them that I love and that indeed doesn't transfer to the photo.

Very nice job with the freehand, and I like the richness and depth of the reds and blues. The whites look like they aren't shadowed enough, but I suspect it's the photo more than the mini, particularly on the rear view.
