At this level of magnification, you normally see the painting flaws that a normal view would miss. In this case, it shows how smooth and clean this figure is painted. Very well done. I'd suggest a black or dark brown wash to line between the teeth to give them better definition, but aside from that minor detail, it's excellent work.
