dwarf lord on shield

Here is my dwarf lord on shield. The only GW parts that he has are hands, head and this little thing on his belt. He is made from polish "Masa modelarska". This is my first sculp so please comment it and tell me what should I change, what is wrong and what is good.

Looks like it would be fun to paint. Might I suggest a little more texture to the clan chief's cloak (ripple effect)? Also (hard to tell from pics) might want to look at scale of chief and his bearers.
