The rope detail on the woodwork (rope work and grain effects) and the trunk and major branches look excellent and the base is also very good.
I think the overall look is spoiled slightly by the tree foliage though: it needs to be broken up a bit more and less "clumpy". Maybe use more tree-wire to make more smaller branches and use something other than foam/clump foliage to do the leaves.
Of course the problem then though is that it might become too fragile to use a a wargaming piece with the foliage always breaking off.
Its a very nice piece though and scoring it is difficult - as a wargames piece its a 9 at least (as you just cant use fragile realistic looking foliage and branches like seafoam) but if you regard it as more of a diorama piece then it will score lower.
It looks like a cracking piece of wargames scenery to me though, so its a 9.
