This is a Grenadier dragon (Silver, I believe) from 1988. However, when I recently stripped it and repainted it, I was inspired by the Disney film, "Sleeping Beauty". At the end the villianess, Maleficent, turns herself into a large black dragon in a last ditch effort to slay the prince. It's hard to copy cartoon to mini, but I had a lot of fun trying to copy the color scheme of that dark fiend.

I like the idea of the Maleficent color scheme. I think she would look better with a bit more shading on the purple areas of the neck and belly.
