This sculpt is so full of character and was fun to paint, completed him in 2 sessions and theres probably about 15 hours work gone into him. I am really pleased with the face on this grim looking warrior, and feel I have bought out a bit of his character in the painting. The red robes are another area I am very happy with. also quite pleased with the base even though its a simple one. I will have to look harder for mouldlines in the future though.... As always, votes and comments are appreciated.

Yep I agree the simple base compliments the mini rather than stealing the focus. That and It'll fit into a unit which must be a plus :)

orky, by far my favoirte one you have done. i notice a lot seem to like the reds and face but i really enjoy the metals. they worked out quite well as well. good job mate. 8.6

hey i got this mini sitting around half done, and when i saw yours i thought to myself "NO WAY that guy stole my colour scheme!". yours is looking good. my only quibble is your bandages, they seem a little messy compared to the rest of the mini.JoD
