I just liked the idea of this one being a Drow Pirate. No real conversion, painted bare legs instead of pants and green stuffed a starfish on the beach.
Ah yes, the eyes. Like a million years ago when I played D&D, our group saw no real perpose for an Iris on drow eyes. They live in the complete darkness of the underground, so they don't need to control how much light enters the eyes. Not an oversight, just the way I've painted all my drow since...guess it became second nature after awhile.
