My last work..i think better then previous...But nevertheless, of course, there are many mistakes in this work. Cause i'm only learning different painting techniques, this mini is something like "experiment". At this period I'm trying various techniques on each mini i paint. So maybe they look like a "rainbow" or something like this. So, less words - more work )) Comments are very welcome!

I tend to agree that the style of painting is not complimentary between the metallics and non-metallics. The weathering is superb and gritty whereas the ogre himself is a bit too clean, the paint areas look a little oversaturated and monochromatic but show good technique. You might want to try dulling your colours with a 'raw umber' or 'paynes grey' artists acrylic paint;)

THE KILL
Yeah I aree interesting rust effects, but especially in comparison to the weathering on hisweapon and some pats of his armour, the rest of the mini looks much too clean. And the tattoos ae a little letdown, I'm afraid. Not only is the blending not as good as the rest, but it looks artficial and like and afterthought. May it would look better with less of the black outlining. But still, good work. 7,49

I like the metal, the rust and green on the copper look really nice. Personally I'd add more shade to the skin tones and kill the brightness in the trousers, they spoil the balance. A nice mini though good work.
