I'm with supervike, I think you've definitely taken a step up with your latest work. This guy is very neat and clean, and good colour selection. Maybe a different colour for the main part of the belt to make the skull belt buckle stand out.
This is a real improvement on some of your earlier stuff. Very clean and neat. I say this mini is very cool. This would be a perfect place to start with some very thin washes to add depth.
