Yeah, even if Robin is Carrie Kelley from "Dark Knight" (though it doesn't look at all like her), she's way too tiny. Carrie was a teenage girl, 12-13 maybe. Pretty good repaint at any rate.
Looks like a "Dark Knight Returns" version of Batman, in which case yup, Robin is indeed female. Also Batman is in his 50's which accounts for his chunkier physique. Excellent paintjob.
