When posting multiple views it's better to put them all in one image (copy & paste them on top of each other) as pictures of a model's back, if posted separately, will get low ratings usually, while they could improve the rating if posted along with the model. Paintjob looks sick and ugly, which is good. I think the biggest problem you have is the shine / the harsh light of the flash. Try using a more diffuse light source, and kill the shine somehow. Nice touches with the nurglings.
