Echo the previous remark, your technique is coming across as too grainy, it is much better to thin your paint and work up as many layers as you need... otherwise i must say i really like your choices and the mood of your work, it just needs a little more effort
What is affecting the score of this mini is the over use of drybrushing of metallic paints on the weapon. You would have been far better off thinning the paint and cafrefully working the weapon out. Inquistior size models do not benefit from drybrushing anything except a little weathering on the hems of cloaks etc...
