Marilith repaint
This is not my best work, but I only had so much to work with -- a truly awful Marilith from WOTC. I swapped a few weapons, turned the silver armor into gold armor, and did my best to give her flesh some more interesting shading and tone from the hideous blob of pink that she was originally...
