You seem to have the necessary precision in handling the brush, and the tail came out well. Overall the colors are very dark. The draping is so dark I don't know if it has any highlights or shadows at all. While I don't think highlighting is necessary for tabletop, I marked lower because you seem to have glued some static grass to the horse's raised hoof.
