it looks very good if it is
and if it is then the black plumes are too shiny.....try doing the quills gloss and the rest soft areas matt.i think this will give better depth
The refelction in his eyes looks off, maybe the tartan could be a little more intricate and the black feathers look plastic-like but still almost a 10!
