The painting is good but three little points keep me from voting highter:
1- and foremost, you should study other's minis for how they do the eyes, just painting the whole inside white with a black dot don't do it, especially compared to the rest of the mini.
2- The white areas still need shading and outlining, keeping it clean is all the challenge with painting white.
3- A triffle, but such a light mini would come out better on a dark background.
