The three pieces of this figure that attract the most attention you have chosen to make very simple. The head and the two axe heads are the focal point of this figure so I would put a lot more detail into those. Those axe heads scream for a NMM style of painting. I like what you are trying to do with the face (white face/white hair) but you need contrast. I would suggest you start with a flesh base on the face and blend up to a really, really pale pink and with the hair either start blue and blend up to white or start dark grey and go up to white.
Keep it up. The paint job is good but too simple IMHO.
