4.5 rounded up. It looks like you need to thin your paints. I can see the brush strokes on the mini's right arm, and in a few places on its left. The beard is just too... gloopy. Especially on the mini's right side, where it looks like the paint ran and was left. Frowned upon as it is, I'd still suggest a bit of drybrushing for the hair and fur, for final highlights. The metals are just flat. Blending from dark up to mithril silver for highlights on them would really help. There's a lot of great articles on the site, as I'm sure you know. This is just the first mini I've encountered by you.
