I agree with Saxon- the base begs for attention. Also, if you are set on so many colors be sure to highlight the important bits so they stand out from the rest of the model. Overall I like what I see though
Try to limit you palet more... there are just too many colours on this guy, its hard to focus on any one point. Also a coat of Matte varish over the gloss will remove the shine.
