A good solid paintjob. I like what you have achieved. I would like to make a few simple suggestions for improving the visual impact next time you paint a similar figure. Think about 1. Highlighting the feather. 2. Lightening the staff to make it stand out more. Painting a little freehand on rear of cloak and showing a rear view.
