Two things. 1- Skin is very yellow, try to mix your own skin tones, or use glazes and more white in highlighting. 2-The base doesn't fit at all, you should wash the grass or make it less intense and the rock as obviously just been glued there and looks out of scale since it's not shaded.
Would help the score a lot if you put as much attention on the base as anything on the mini.
