Salamander Veteran Sergeant
This is a new mini I painted up for a competition on the Relic forums. The entries are listed here http://www.lunar-wolves.com/wordpress/?page_id=6. The competition hasn't finished at the time of posting this so i don't have the results. The thing trapped under the rhino door is a dark eldar warrior with a bullet wound in his head. I was going for a kind of triumphant roar look, which I think turned alright This was my first attempt at freehand painting and i think it turned out quite well. The head on the banner is a transfer because I wasn't confident in not screwing it up, and the head on the shoulder is freehanded. Comments and criticism are greatly appreciated as I'm always looking to improve.
